The course provides a strong (2 A-Level equivalent qualification) in a wide range of practical and academic aspects of the performing arts. You learn through a variety of practical workshops, lectures, group projects and production projects. Assignments are set and completed covering a full range of performing arts based practical, creative and academic tasks.

• Film and TV acting.

You need to be 16 or over and have 4 GCSEs at Grade C or equivalent including GCSE English or 1st Diploma with merit/distinction profile. If you are over 21 or if you possess relevant experience or acceptable alternative qualifications you would be considered as an exceptional entrant. We interview you and ask you to demonstrate some practical ability through an audition.

Higher education or into employment in the performing arts industry or associated areas of employment. Many ‘transferable skills’ are developed on the course. A Foundation Degree in Theatre Studies is also available at the College.
